Ladies Bible Class

The next Ladies Bible class will be Tuesday, March 10th at 10:00 am. The lesson will be presented by Linda Appleton entitled “Come to the Garden” and “The Gardner”.

LCU Associates

Women's Mentoring

“Women’s Mentoring Group (based on Titus 2:3-5) will meet Thursday, March
12th, 2009, 6:30 pm; at the Blessing Center (formally Benevolence Center behind the main Green Lawn building). All interested women are invited. Please come. Billie Mitchell will review the activities and services provided by Green Lawn for those in need. This will be the second of a series called “Finding Your Niche – Ministries at Green Lawn”. Valet Parking

Valet Parking is available under the carport on the East side of the building Sunday mornings for both worship services and class time. This service is primarily for our senior saints, late arriving guests, and those who have difficulty walking. If you need this service please pull up under the carport and someone will be there to assist you.

Drivers are needed for valet parking before and after the 10:30 assembly. If you would like to assist with this service please contact Chris Rhodes at 793-8403 or e-mail him at crhod3@amaonline.com

 

News and Requests From the Benevolence Center

We are delighted that five people have volunteered to help with the added work time on Thursday from 4 pm to 6 pm. If you want to join them and bless the Blessing Center with your much needed help, please come on over!! Tuesday is also a work day from 4 pm to 6 pm, and if that fits better for your schedule, you’ll find many ways to help then as well!

We have a continual need for hygiene supplies of all types, as well as diapers. We thank God and you for your kindness in helping out with these items.

If you have information that requires the elders immediate attention or something to be announced on Sunday, there will be a number offered in the bulletin to contact someone after office hours on Friday.
