Get ready for something a little different in this series of lessons. This series intends to be transformational. It’s not that we have been seeking something else in other series of lessons. But this series proposes to be more intentional on bringing about a transformation in ourselves and in our congregation.
Paul says this is our goal: “Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is – his good, pleasing and perfect will” (Rom 12:2). “My dear children, for whom I am again in the pains of childbirth until Christ is formed in you …” (Gal 4:19).
Transformation requires reflection on the things of God and how His character, nature and activity touches my experience.
We know God is at work ... but what in the world is God doing?
