LukeLogo The Gospel of Luke is the only gospel story written by a Gentile.  The primary theme of Luke is found in Luke 19:10 – “For the Son of man came to seek and to save what was lost.”  Jesus is the universal Savior who touches the lives of all He meets.  Luke goes into much detail as to how Jesus touched people lives – even those who were considered “untouchable.”  We will see the compassion of Jesus as He interacts with individuals and with crowds, men and women, rich and poor, the healthy and the sick.  It is a book that is for everyone and it will help you to fall in love with Jesus all over again – or maybe for the very first time.
Logo The Book of Judges is the story of a people who forget about God. It is even more the story of a loving a gracious God who actively pursues the people He chose to accomplish His purposes. The times of the judges of Israel look a lot like the times we live in. What can we learn from their mistakes that will help us avoid falling into the traps of our culture as they did theirs?
TurningUpsideDown_Logo The study follows the book of Acts as its basis.  We focus on how it is that some Christians become so passionate about proclaiming Jesus as King, even to the point of death, and how they engaged in conversations about the spiritual life.  The goal is to equip one another to engage in conversation with those we come into contact with every day and move that conversation toward spiritual matters.
Hebrews: The Fifth Gospel The Book of Hebrews was written as a sort of Gospel of Jesus Christ from an Old Testament perspective. Hebrews points out that the Law was only a shadow of the realities we have in Christ. Its purpose was to keep Jewish Christians, and those who read it today, from falling away from Christ.

Colossians: Hope Matters

The citizens of Colossae prided themselves for their enlightened approach to spirituality. They took a little bit of this religion and a little bit of that to form "something" new and improved. There wereome Christians were not immune to this. The apostle Paul, however, had little patience with this approach. When you have Jesus Christ, everything else pales in comparison. Our hope matters because of the matters that make up our hope.
TorahTheocracyLogo A practical application study of the moral and civil laws that governed how Israel and Christians are to treat each other, all of which hang on the “greatest commandments”: “Love God’ and “Love your neighbor”.

God had a plan for His people, just as He continues to have plans for us. They had to come to terms with His purposes where they were at their time. We, too, have that opportunity. What does God want with you … right here, right now?!
